St Sabina Employment Resource Center (ERC) Response to Coronavirus Possible Outbreak:
The outreach arm of the Faith Community of St. Sabina will make sure that our workforce development facilities are taking the necessary precautions to provide our community a safe and sanitary space. All our facilities will provide frequent daily sanitizing of all common areas and restrooms.
Protect yourself and your family:
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
Avoid close contact with people who are sick and stay home when you are sick.
Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash and wash your hands.
Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces, such as doorknobs, countertops and phones.
If you are feeling sick:
Stay home unless you need to seek medical care.
Separate your self from others and animals.
Monitor your symptoms.
Cover your cough and sneezes.
Clean your hands often.
Avoid sharing personal household items
Clean all high touch surfaces every day.
The staff at the agency will make sure to keep their hands and workspaces sanitized and offer our clients an opportunity to maintain personal sanitizing methods while receiving services in a workshop or in one-on-one meetings. We are in this together to make it through this distressing period as we all have a role to play in getting ready and staying healthy.
